Tournament Announcement Request Form

The below information must be completed to submit a tournament announcement to be posted on the CYM website. 

Please word your brief announcement as you would like it to appear on the website. Be advised that some changes may be made to the announcement.  A website address can be included. All flyers associated with the tournament must be emailed separately to catholicyouth@cdow.org.
