September 11, 2003
Today we remember those moments two years ago
when our lives and our country were irrevocably
changed. We remember what evil looked like as
people we didn't know sought the destruction of
strangers. And we remember, too, the look of
selflessness as strangers of another kind rushed
into the horror to help those they had never met.
Most of all, we remember the longing for peace,
the blessings we have, and the healing for which
we all must continue to pray.
This week, we offer you the following:
-
Last week's edition of
Ladders
Online did not go out as scheduled to
many subscribers due to a technical problem. It
should have been delivered just
a few days ago. We apologize for the
inconvenience.

be trained in guiding young ladies through the
Religious Recognition Medals? There will be a

-
Do you know what the
law says about
showing movies? There are certain rules
that apply to churches and schools, so we're
providing a resource for your use.

What are you doing this Saturday? Check out the classes available in
the new

with the whole parish community.
-
The theme for Nexus
2004 (March 14, 2004) is "Standing on
Holy Ground" and will focus on our call to be of
service to our neighbor. If you have pictures of young people
from your parish serving their neighbor, please
submit them to CYM.
The September Pastor's Mailing will go out
shortly and will include suggestions for
celebrating World Youth Day Sunday in your
parishes!
If you are receiving

updated our records with new email addresses for
