  1. Salesianum School Theater presents the award-winning musical West Side Story. Performance dates are March 26,27, and April 2,3; curtain at 7:30.   2. The Youth Events Management Committee of the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry has begun its search for a theme song for the 2005 National Catholic Youth Conference scheduled for October 27-30 in Atlanta. The conference theme is "Winds of Change." If you are a musician or know a musician who may be interested in submitting an original song for consideration, please download a flyer today.

  3. CYM is co-sponsoring a Lenten Young Adult Retreat, in conjunction with the Franciscan Spirituality Center, on Saturday, April 3, 2004. The retreat will take place from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Center (in Aston, PA, just north of Wilmington). The retreat will be directed by Fr. Paul Dressler, OFM Cap; of the Office of Youth and Young Adults of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Cost is $30.00 (including lunch), and a $10.00 deposit will reserve your space.   4. The Philadelphia 76ers are hosting a Faith and Family Night with a free post-game concert with Christian Rock Group FFH on Friday, April 9, 2004. Enjoy the game against the Washington Wizards at a discount and the concert for free with your group or family.

  5. Don’t miss the Delaware Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, 4/24, from 1:00pm-5:00pm at St Anthony in the Hills (6742 Limestone Road, Avondale PA [just north of Hockessin off of Rt. 41]). A special invitation to young adults to join others at this fun event featuring live music, prizes, great fun, and all the chili you can taste! Hot dogs and beverages will also be available.   6. Hey Sports fans! Val Whiting's Hoop Fitness Spring Break B-ball Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 12-16 at the Wilmington PAL Center. The cost is $160. The camp is open to boys and girls in grades: 3-8; and girls only from 6 grade and up.   7. St. Anthony of Padua invites all youth ministry programs and school groups to attend the Via Crucis, the Way of the Cross, on Friday evenings during Lent. This dramatic presentation of the Stations is a Wilmington tradition and includes a cast of young people from parishes and schools from throughout the Diocese.
