All those listed as primary contacts for youth ministry and religious education will be getting an email in early January asking that they fill out an Online Survey that will help the CYM and RE offices plan future events as well as take stock of what parishes are currently offering. Please watch for the email and then log on to give us your input.

Last month we told you that Nexus is coming...and so is Matt Smith. Now we want to tell you that we've been able to secure Ceili Rain as well! The party starts at 11:30 a.m. on March 16, 2003 and will wrap up around 5:30 p.m. The cost is $25 and more info will follow after January 1, 2003.

Many thanks to the 15 youth ministers and volunteers who attended this year's NCCYM (National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry). We appreciate your enthusiasm at the conference and your patience on the plane as the weather reminded us we're not really in charge!

Because we received so many requests to do this last year following the March for Life, we decided to let parishes and schools make their own arrangements for the next Rally and March, which will be held in Washington, DC on Wednesday, January 22, 2003. A packet of information was mailed last week outlining everything you'll need and included flyers to distribute to your young people. If you need further assistance, please email aalbence@cdow.org.
