Spring Conflicts

The Spring Season is a very busy time for Parishes and Schools. Retreats, Confirmation, Class trips and banquets are just a few special parish/school events that occur during the Spring. One of our biggest problems is when many hours are put into the schedule, the umpire organization assigns the games and then a coach calls to cancel a game due to a church/school function.

Rescheduling of the game can be done but getting an umpire can become a problem. Please check your parish/school schedule, complete the below information and return with your Spring Sports Registration. Every effort will be made to avoid conflicts with your special parish/school events.
