Built as a replica of the World Youth Day Cross, the diocesan Pilgrimage Cross will travel to parishes and schools from March 2009 to March 2010 as a sign of the hope we find in the cross of Christ.

Standing 10 feet tall and 6 feet wide, the Pilgrimage Cross was introduced to the young people of our diocese at the One Spirit, One Church high school conference on March 1, 2009, where the cross was carried by the diocesan youth leadership team and blessed by Bishop Malooly.
