Catholic Youth Ministry

This week we are presented with one of my favorite passages. The message is simple; worry not for the Lord will provide. How often have you found yourself stressing over or worrying about things that you need? Maybe it’s making the mortgage or concerns about having enough food in the house. These concerns can tend to creep up during tough economical times. While these stressors are certainly valid Jesus provides us with comfort through this message, assuring us that the Lord will provide. Recognizing that anxiety and stress will only hold you back can allow you to focus on those things that you have control over. During these times are you turning to the Lord for comfort? Are you trusting in Him? When you do you may be surprised by the results.
