CYM SPORTS REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS FOR PARENTS
You may wish to print this page to help you step through the online registration process.
If you do not have a user name and password
1. Go to the CYM web page by clicking on the link below http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html
2. If you do not have a user name and password, (for each of your children) click the word "here" in the first section. This link will take you to a page to complete a request for a user name and password. Your new user name and password will be emailed back to the email address you provided.
Note: if you already have a user name and password and have forgotten it, there is a different link for that. Please do not request a new user name and password if your child is already in the system.
3. Check your email and write down your new user name and password. Keep this information in a safe place! You will need this information every time you log in which could be several times if your child plays more than one sport or you need to update information.
4. Return to the Athletics page link http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html and click Online Registration (For All Users). This is where you will complete the 3 steps. (Make sure you complete all required information). After completing the 3rd step, please print the summary page, sign it at the bottom and give to the coach of your team. The Primary, Secondary or Other Affiliation will indicate the parish/school to which your child is assigned.
Note: If the Primary Affiliation indicates “Pending,” the CYM office will review your information and assign your child to the correct parish/school for their primary affiliation. After 48 hours, please check back to the Online Registration link. If you've completed everything correctly you'll be given three choices. Choose "Print my child's summary" to confirm that your child has been assigned a parish/school and print a copy of the Summary Page.
If you already have a user name and password (for each participant)
Go to the Athletics page link http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html and click Online Registration (For All Users). This is where you will complete the 3 steps. (Make sure you complete all required information). After completing the 3rd step, please print the summary page, sign it at the bottom and give to the coach of your team. The Primary, Secondary or Other Affiliation will indicate the parish/school to which your child is assigned.
Note: If you are an Adult Leader, you may not use your user name and password to complete your child’s registration process.
